Using SynthCity
Use the service lawfully and only access projects, accounts and devices you are authorised to use. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or upload harmful material. You are responsible for activity you authorise through connected tools and collaborators.
Your music and files
You retain your rights in your music, recordings and other content. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it as needed to provide the features you request, including sharing and exports. You must have the rights needed to upload, process and share material. Third-party samples, models and software may have their own licences.
Connected tools and generated results
ChatGPT and other integrations act within the permissions you grant. Review generated music and edits before relying on or publishing them. Generated results may not be unique or accurate, and we do not guarantee that they are free of third-party rights. Separate providers’ terms apply to their services.
Availability and backups
SynthCity is evolving and may change or be interrupted. Keep your own backups, especially of projects stored only in your browser. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or error-free output.
Suspension and responsibility
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
